Properly maintaining and servicing your property for the comfort and safety of your family or employees is our maintenance service mission.

Curtis Total Service agreements offer members special benefits in appreciation for their loyalty to our company.  Service agreements are offered for one year, three year and five year terms for the plumbing, heating and/or air conditioning systems on the property.  During the selected term, our members receive many benefits including:

• FREE yearly inspections (described below)

• Special reduced rate for all published services from our flat rate price book during regular hours

• 10% discount off the overtime rate

• "Green Light" privileges of the next available technician during the normal business day

• When possible, the same technician will be dispatched for all services, therefore, providing service you can trust.

• Easily accessible service history for each property

• 24 hour Emergency Service
