Hi Jeff Meyers,

Just a note to say Thank You!!!! to you and your crew for a wonderful job that was done on my kitchen.

Hugh and Jose were great to have working on the kitchen. They were on time, did a wonderful job and best of all, they cleaned up every night when they left. Thank you very much.!

Kevin, the Electric Manager, made all of the lighting in my kitchen look great and had no problem when I added more lights.

Jeff W. did all of the plumbing in the kitchen and my touch faucets work wonderful.

John S. HVAC did all the heat and cooling in the kitchen. I now have even heat throughout the kitchen.

Carol from billing was great and she was fun to talk to.

Jeff Meyers the Construction Manager is Great to work with. Jeff had no problem everytime I added something new. His answer was always "No problem Ro." Great answer.

Just like to say this is a great list of people. They have customer service down pat. They will be coming back to do my laundry very soon.

Dear Mr. Shafer,

One recent Sunday morning, an 'un-sleeved' copper pipe placed through a concrete slab gave way resulting in a small flood in my basement.  While it was easy for me to see that while the immediate problem could be readily resolved, the long term solution was going to involve much more work.

I pored through the Yellow Pages and stopped at your advertisement as I remembered seeing your television commercial offering 'Total Service'.  My telephone call was promptly answered and one of your staff, Angel Berrios, was dispatched and resolved the immediate problem.  Angel also confirmed my suspicions that a permanent 'fix' would be much more involved. To that end, Angel provided me with his business card and suggested that I have someone from your company come out to assess the damage and provide an estimate for the work to be done.  I must tell you that based solely on Angel's professionalism, attentiveness, and manners, I decided to follow up with your company the very next day.

Jeff Meyers came to my home that week and assessed the damage.  We spoke of the options available to fix the problem.  Jeff listened to my concerns and built his estimate around those concerns.  I was provided with a no pressure, pleasant experience.

Estimate and contract in hand, your staff came to my home and did an excellent job.  While I guess I should expect no less, the fact of the matter is that there are several fly-by-night operations which would not do the job nearly as well.  But there is far more to be said...

I would be remiss if I did not mention that your staff, Jeff Meyers, Angel Berrios, Hugh Dehaut, and Jose Dutan were not only professional and courteous, but each one was also genuinely personable amiable.  These men are an asset to your company not only for the skills they provide, but also for the impression they leave with your customers.

I just wanted to be sure to mention this to you so that their efforts are recognized and rewarded.  I look forward to having 'Curtis Total Service' remodel my upstairs bathroom in the summer of 2010.  Once again, thank you very much.

Curtis Total Service,

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Curtis Shafer, owner of Curtis Total Service, Inc. located in Allentown on Airport Rd for replacing our furnace of 20 plus years.  It stopped working last week and we had to place a call for service.  A serviceman was sent out the next morning and found it needed a new part.  Within several days, the furnace did not work again.  Service was called again and the serviceman and manager, Mr. Rich Price, came to our house to resolve the matter.  Being as the furnace was so old and the parts could not be found, they decided that a new furnace was in order.

It was then that the manager contacted Mr. Shafer and he said that he would replace the entire furnace system at no cost to us.  What an unexpected gift this was knowing that we are on fixed incomes and really could not afford to replace it at this time.

It is nice to know that there are people that are so giving of themselves especially during the holiday season.

Once again we would like to thank Mr. Curtis and his entire team.

Dear Curtis Total Service,

I would like to express our deep felt appreciation to Curtis Total Service, Inc.  This past week after nursing our heating system along for a couple of years it gave out.  We called Curtis, like we always have, and a repairman was sent out immediately.   We were told our system had become a fire hazard and had to be disconnected.  We were devastated.    

This last year my husband developed serious heart problems which required us to go to Philadelphia for his treatment.  The cost was astronomical and completely crushed us financially.

When the repairman explained to us it could cost 5-6 thousand dollars for a replacement I couldn't stop my tears.  My husband and I knew we would not be able to take on such an expense at this time.  That meant no heat!

We had dealt with Rich, the manager, from the Allentown office previously, and his kindness was always outstanding.  We decided to give him a call and explain our situation.  Within an hour Rich and Curtis was in our home with heaters and kindness in their hearts.

Curtis explained to us that each year when a family is facing financial hardships a heating system is donated to them.  We are now receiving a new heat pump system, including all labor and any extra cost that may occur.

Words can never convey our deep thanks to Curtis and the staff at Curtis Total Service.  Thank you for giving us heat for our home.
